Where is my MarketPlace or EquusShop order?
If you have not received your order or wish to check it has been despatched please contact the MarketPlace Seller directly via the email system within the admin area and request an update. The delivery service type details and quoted working days can also be found on the item listing page underneath the product description text.
Also once the item is despatched you should receive a confirmation email clearly stating the MarketPlace Sellers courier and the parcel tracking consignment reference details. If you visit the designated couriers website you should be able to enter the provided parcel consignment tracking reference details to view the latest delivery progress information. If you believe the parcel maybe lost or delayed please report this information the MarketPlace seller at your earliest convenience who can contact the courier on your behalf.
